ABOUT SRDE

Society for Research and Development in Education (SRDE) is a not for profit society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The society is committed to encourage positive educational experiences to meet the challenges and demands of globalised environment. It aims to provide educational services that are reliable, cost effective and nationally & internationally recognized. The services under SRDE will be designed to make the Indian Education System more competitive utilizing latest technology and knowledge base.

The major activities of SRDE include the following:

  • SRDE’s Association of Higher Education Institutions (SAHEI)
  • SRDE’s Higher Education Journal ( SHEJ )
  • National Aptitude Test (NAT-UG) & (NAT-PG) : CET
  • NAT Aptitude Test - NAT
  • Vision Institute of Applied Studies
  • Vision Special School

SRDE has its head office at Plot No-40, Sector 20B, HUDA, Faridabad, Haryana. The Advisory Board and Academic Council is assisting the Governing Body in carrying out is its objectives in the most efficient manner. SRDE has a special focus on Special Education and has established an Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation. The Vision Special School has also been established under the society for catering to the MR/LD/HI/CP/ASD/VI/DB and allied category of children with special needs and is developing newer ways to support this special sector.

The Society is registered under the Persons with Disability (PWD) Act of 1995 with the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Haryana. The Society is also registered under the National Trust Act, Societies Registration Act & Income Tax Act.
